El estadígrafo no debería intentar decidir qué hubiera ocurrido, sino que debe decidir solamente sobre lo que ha ocurrido.

Registre el primer tiro libre ( y no el segundo, pues supondría una situación de rebote que no existió ) como errado para no alterar el resultado en el análisis-de-partido, asígne ese TL errado al 'Jugador de Equipo' para no perjudicar la línea estadística del jugador y registre el caso en el reporte de jugada-por-jugada !

The statistician should not attempt to decide what would have happened, but should decide only what did happen.

Track that first free throw  ( and not the second, since it would suppose a rebound situation which did not happen ) as missed in order to avoid error in the outcome in the game-analysis, assign that missed FT to the 'Team Player' in order to not harm the player's stat line and record the case in  play-by-play report !

Score keeping mistake in 2010 FIBA World Championship in a preliminary match (Lithuania vs. New Zealand on August 28, 2010). Mantas Kalnietis hit both free throws, though the officials only counted one. The final outcome of the match was 79-92 to Lithuania, but it should've been 79-93.

Looking at the play-by-play, they counted the free throw as missed... Now, how we register this situation according to the eBA System without affecting that player stats ?

Un error del anotador en el Mundial FIBA 2010 en el encuentro preliminar (Lituania vs. Nueva Zelandia el 28 de Agosto, 2010). Mantas Kalnietis convierte sus dos tiros libres, a'un cuando los jueces solo cuentan uno. El resultado final del encuentro fue 79-92 para Lituania, pero deber'ia haber sido 79-93.

Viendo en reporte de jugada-por-jugada, ellos contaron el tiro libre como errado... Ahora bien, c'omo se registra estad'isticamente esta situación conforme al  Sistema eBA y sin afectar las estadísticas de aquel jugador ?

Los dos ( o tres ) tiros libres representan UNA posesión, no es posible dividirla en dos y dar una 'pérdida de balón por invasión de la zona restrictiva´en el segundo tiro lo que lleva a una conversión en el tercer tiro. Para el análisis del partido, el estadígrafo debe registrar este hecho, registrar los jugadores y advertir al entrenador si se tratase de una acción repetida que produce demasiado puntos en contra.

The two ( or three ) free throws represent ONE possession, it is not possible to divide it in two and register a 'turnover due to a restrictive area invasion' in the second throw which conduces to a conversion in the third throw.

Esta es una clásica violación por parte del equipo en defensa que resulta en un tiro libre adicional si el lanzador erró, como ocurre aquí con el segundo de Chuck Hayes, ganando la oportunidad de convertir el tercero...

Cómo podemos analizar y registrar la violación de la defensa en el segundo tiro libre errado, también teniendo en cuenta que no se trató de un rebote disputado, y ningún oponente entró en el área restrictiva...?

No tenemos aquí algún tipo de pérdida de balón que causa el punto convertido en el tercer tiro libre ?

How can we analyze and register the defensive violation in the missed second free throw, also taking into account  that there was not a disputed rebound, and anybody of the opponents entered the lane....?

Don't we have here some type of turnover which causes the point made in the third free throw ?
