"Correctable Referee's Error Rule" & Stats • "Error Corregible del Juez" & Statistics

Tal vez Usted se esté confundiendo con las reglas.
Es cierto que tenemos en el Libro de las Reglas que el defensor debe dar al jugador que está girando en su dirección por lo menos dos pasos antes del contacto. Pero esa regla no se aplica al llevador del balón; la regla del "tiempo y la distancia" es solamente para pantallas o cortinas.

A pesar de que ese juez no debió haber penado esa jugada; no era su área y aún si lo fuera, estaba muy lejos de la jugada, la decisión del juez es la correcta. Note donde ocurre el contacto - la zona superior del pecho y hombro izquierdo adelantado del defensor.

Entonces, de ninguna manera esto es una falta ofensiva, el defensor no estaba establecido y  estaba aún en movimiento , el jugador atacante no pudo parar su drible o cambiar de dirección para evitar el contacto.

Una buena decisión de los jueces y nosotros registramos una falta realizada en la pista delantera, 'buena falta' en nuestra calificación porque detuvo un ataque rápido, y una falta recibida en la pista trasera.

It is possible that you have got confused between the rules.
It is right that in the rule book we have that by rule the defender must give a player turning toward at least two steps prior to contact. This rule does not apply to the ball carrier; the "time & distance" rule is only for screens.

However that official should not have made that call; it was not his area and even if it was, it was way too far away from him: the call is correct. Note where the contact occurred - the defender's upper chest / left pointing towards shoulder.  
 
Therefore in no way anyone can call this one a charge, the defender wasn't set and was still in motion, the offender couldn't stop his dribble or change his course to avoid contact.

Como registra el Sistema eBA las estadísticas de toda la jugada ? Tal como sucedió, el estadígrafo no puede alterar las decisiones de los árbitros. Ellos dieron por finalizado el partido y eso es todo !!!

Nosotros podremos comentar que las reglas establecen que cuando un jugador pisa o caminaa fuera del campo es un balón perdido y que cuando lanza el balón hacia arriba en celebración del triunfo durante el juego ( 1.7 segundos por jugar ) es una falta técnica, y yo puedo agregar que ese jugador también podría haber cometido una falta de pasos. Solamente habilitando la revisión de la jugada por medio de la TV como la NBA permite en ciertos casos, podróa dar solución a todas estas preguntas. Pero esto no ha sido asi y el estadígrado debe registrar lo que REALMENTE pasó: el partido finalizó en esa situación.

How the eBA System makes the tracking of all this play ? As it happen, the statistician can not change the referees decisions. They ended the game and that's all !!!

We can comment that the rules states that when a player travels/steps out of bounds it's a turnover and when a player throws the ball up in celebration during the game ( 1.7 seconds to go ! ) it's a technical, and I can add that the player might have traveled too. Only making it reviewable by camera like how the NBA does in certain scenarios, would be a solution for this case. But it wasn't and the statistician must register what REALLY happen: the gama was end in that situation.

Los árbitros, tres; los dos entrenadores, el del Partizán y el del Barcelona, y varios jueces de mesa deliberaron a pie de pista durante diez minutos. El veredicto arbitral, tras observar una y otra vez la repetición de la última y decisiva jugada del partido en un monitor, fue el de no admitir como canasta el último lanzamiento de Mickeal. Resultado: 67-66 para el Partizán.

Pero la cuestión no quedó nada clara. Ese último tiro de Mickeal se produjo dentro del tiempo reglamentario, pero, mientras el balón tocaba el aro y daba una caprichosa vuelta sobre el mismo, ya se había consumido. Fue entonces cuando Roberts, pívot del Partizán, lo repelió, aún suspendido sobre él.

Según el reglamento, si el tiempo se ha agotado "ningún jugador tocará el balón después de que éste haya rebotado en el aro y mientras tenga posibilidad de entrar en la canasta". Parecía que eso fue lo que sucedió en el pabellón Pionir, de Belgrado. Sin embargo, prevaleció el criterio de los árbitros, que consideraron que cuando Roberts tocó el balón ya iba fuera de la canasta.

El Barça firmó el acta arbitral bajo protesta y anunció su intención de impugnar el partido. Pero el secretario técnico, Joan Creus, explicó ayer: "Analizaremos la acción y, si hace falta, daremos el paso". Anoche, tras cuatro horas de reunión, la dirección deportiva del club decidió posponer la decisión hasta hoy.
