There was not our problem, therefore there was nothing we could do !

That's right, eBA ! I purchased a VPS from eUKHost last year, to use for some monitoring services  and application testing. By bad luck my experience was not very pleasing, with a horrible uptime and performance.

You all are right about the eUKHost: they are atrocious ! The support response time and quality was not great either. Finally, I reached to a decision to go away from eUKHost, as eBA Groups did, as it was not worth the greatly high monthly prices for me.

Esta muy bien eBA ! Yo compré un VPS de eUKHost hace un año, para usarlo en servicios de monitoreo y pruebas de aplicación. Desafortunadamente mi experiencia no fue muy placentera, con un horrible tiempo en línea y performance.

Todos Ustedes están en lo cierto con referencia a euKHost: son atroces !  El tiempo de respuesta del soporte y su calidad no fueron gran cosa. Finalmente, tomé la desición de abandonar euKHost, como lo hizo el Grupo eBA, ya que ellos no valían para mí los elevados precios que tienen.

• Stay away from eUKHost: is the WORST !

eUK Host servers are not hosted in the UK as they say. They don't make backups.
Uptime is nothing like advertised and wont do refunds if they fail to reach even 70% uptime.

Stay away from eUKHost!!!

As I said to you in my later email, eUKHost have very poor servers, always going down. Email is a real big problem with these hosting and the Support staff can be rude at critical moments and situations.
Good change to ServInt, now without that horrible eUKHost we'll have 100% uptime in the clinics !

eUKHost Review: SO I DECIDED.... eUKhost... any way !!!

Hi everybody,

I've been wanting at moving my reseller accounts to eUkhost, the last hosting of the eBA Stats Group, spoke to their sales guy and he was fast in replying to all my questions and was satisfied with the answers provided and the speed (saturday night!). and they seem NOT very cheap compared to USA hostings but....

The problem is that I've just done a bit of reseach on the internet and its thrown up all kinds of bad stories about them and now im not sure what to do, and now I hear the problems of my preferred basketball statistics site, eBA Stats, although all points at the fact that they may have had some initial problems and are now a lot better, but I must have fast support and server reliability, which is one of the things I have with my current host... SO I DECIDED.... eUKhost... not to take them any way !!!

Eh ! eBA Stats ! Wake up ! You are in the worst hosting company I have ever used: eUKHost. The customer service is a joke often cutting you off with very poor VOIP and fail to return calls. The support and the billing department sign emails in names that when asked for do not exist. Their technical department has no idea what they are doing and cannot even work out a bad http header request... and my mail servers did not work properly.
Go away from eUKHost and do not use this totally inept company...
and give us our excellent eBA Stats Online 100% !

A friend of mine translated for me:
Eh ! eBA Stats ! Despiértense ! Ustedes están en el peor servicio de hosting que yo haya usado: eUKHost. El servicio de clientes es una risa cortándote a menudo las llamadas, con un muy pobre VOIP y fallando al retornar las llamadas. El soporte y el deparmento contable firma emails con nombres que si después los requerís no existen. Su Departamento técnico no tiene idéa de lo que están haciendo y no pueden contestar un requisitoria básica de soporte técnico... y mis servidores de emails no trabajan apropriadamente.
Váyanse de eUKHost y no usen más esa compañía totalmente incapaz...
y vuélvannos a dar nuestro excelente eBA Stats 100% en línea !
