De acuerdo a las Reglas, si los jueces envían a ambos jugadores a dejar el juego para ser atendidos, ambos equipos deben solicitar un tiempo muerto para mantener a sus respectivos jugadores en juego. El jugador del Equipo B debe dejar el juego debido a que su equipo no tiene tiempos muertos disponibles.

Conforme al resultado (puntos de diferencia) y al tiempo restante ( escasos 30 segundos ) el Equipo B pudo haber pedido un tiempo muerto adicional resultante en una falta técnica para preservar a su jugador en el juego.

According to the Rules, if the officials direct both players to leave the game to be treated, both teams must call a time out to keep the respective players in the game. The player for Team B must leave the game since that team is out of time outs.

Accordingly with the game score (difference in points) and the time to play ( scarce 30 seconds ) Team B could call an excessive time out resulting in a technical foul to keep the player in the game.

En los últimos 30 segundos del partido, un jugador de cada equipo tiene sangre en su camiseta debido a una herida. El Equipo A tiene disponible un tiempo muerto para pedir y mantener a ese jugador en el juego pero el Equipo B no tiene un tiempo muerto disponible.
Cómo se sanciona esta situación y cómo se registra en la planilla del juego conforme al Sistema eBA ?




In the last 30 seconds of a game, a player of each team has blood on the uniform. Team A has a time out remaining to call and keep the player in the game and Team B does not.
How we rule this situation and how we register it in the registration sheet according with the eBA System ?

Un accesorio electrónico está considerado como un "adaptación razonable" para un jugador con  necesidades especiales basado en el Acta de la ley ADA ('Americans with Disabilities'). Por lo tanto el entrenador puede hacer uso de estos accesorios. El juego del baloncesto está llamado a ser inclusivo y no exclusivo.

An electronic device of this type is considered a “reasonable accommodation” for a special needs player based on the 'Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) law'. Therefore, a coach can make use of these devices. The game of basketball is meant to be inclusive not exclusive.

Puede el Entrenador principal hacer uso de un instrumento electrónico adosado a sus ropas que permita a un determinado jugador, quien usa audífonos para escuchar mejor, escuchar al Entrenador:
1. durante los tiempos muertos;
2. mientras el jugador está sentado en el banco;
3. mientras ese jugador está participanto en el juego... ?




May a Head Coach make use of an electronic instrumentality attached to the clothes that make possible to a certain player, who uses a hearing aid, to hear the coach:
1. during the timeouts;
2. while thatplayer is seated on the bench;
3. while playing the game... ?

In the first case, a field goal made, the ball is thrown-in after the time-out from the extended central line opposite the controls table.

In the second case the points were from free throws and not from the field, so the ball is thrown-in from behind the baseline.

En el primer caso, conversión de un lanzamiento de campo, el balón se repone después del tiempo muerto desde la línea central extendida opuesta a la mesa de control.

En el segundo caso los puntos fueron de tiro libre y no de campo, por tanto el balón se repone desde atrás de la línea final.

Faltando menos de dos minutos para terminar el partido:
1) A1 convierte un lanzamiento de campo y el entrenador de B pide y se le concede un tiempo muerto computable.
2) Se le conceden dos tiros libres a A2, convierte el ultimo tiro libre y el entrenador de B pide y se le concede un tiempo muerto computable.
De donde debe reponer el equipo B en ambas situaciones ?
Se deben registrar las distintas posiciones de salida ?




Within the  two last minutes in regulation time at the end of the game:
1) A1 makes a field goal and the Team B coach ask for and is awarded with a  time out.
2) A2 is awarded with two free throws, makes the last throw and Team B coach ask for and is awarded with a  time out.
From where Team B must make the throw-in in both situations ?
The different opening situations must be registered ?
